These rules apply generally to the Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) which is conducted in the United States and has an aggregate prize value of under $1,500.00 USD.
The Promotion begins March 1, 2024 12am EST and ends on April 30, 2024 at 12am EST.
You must be an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence.
Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrants who are deemed the Winners (as defined below)).

- Referral: Each successful referral of a new SMS subscriber to Museum of Ice Cream via the referrer’s personalized link will result in an additional entry for The Chicago Fortune Cookie Sweepstakes. All referral and additional entry tracking is overseen by SMS platform provider.
The Prize
There will be one (1) prize winner.
Winner will receive two (2) round trip airfare and two VIP (2) tickets to our Museum of Ice Cream – Chicago location for themself and an individual of their choice.
- Airfare maximum allowance is $1000 total for two (2) round trip tickets from originating location of choice.
- Two (2) VIP Ticket approximate retail value of $200.
Museum of Ice Cream representative will book travel on behalf of winner and their companion.
Winner has option of choosing date of visit within 2024, subject to the opening hours of Museum of Ice Cream – Chicago.
Hotel stay is not included and all other expenses associated with prize acceptance or usage not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winner.
Except as required by law, the prize cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
Winners Selected
The Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Museum of Ice Cream. The Prize drawing will be conducted on or about May 3, 2024.
Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Winners will be notified within 5 business days of the drawing via the subscriber number provided during entry, and once notified, you will have 24 hours to claim the prize or else we will reach out to the next eligible individual.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
Our and our affiliates’ employees and their immediate family members, and associates are not eligible to participate.
