Figure 8 is excited to announce that Museum of Ice Cream is bringing pink back to the city of sun and fun! This summer, we’re opening our doors back to Floridians who welcomed us so warmly back in 2018, but you can expect so much more from the ice cream experium that swept the globe.

This latest addition to the MOIC experiences spans 14,000 square feet of fun over 2 floors and is an homage to Miami’s vibrant spirit, culture and love of ice cream. Our new home features never-before-seen installations like the Cream Liner – our first-ever 60’s inspired airline experience – and a trippy Hall of Freezers full of mysterious doors and sweet surprises for you to fall into! You’ll also be excited to know that your sensory adventure includes our signature unlimited ice cream stations with a ton of frosty styles and flavors. There will also be a gorgeous selection of Miami-exclusive MOIC retail products.
